Our building contractors GallifordTry are currently slightly ahead of schedule on the build and are confident they can make the official handover of our new school in late July 2016 ready for the new academic year starting in September.

On Wednesday 15th June several staff visited the new school site to see for themselves just how close to completion the build now is.  The project has come on in leaps and bounds even since our last update in March 2016 and the school is now fully painted and carpeted throughout.  Major fixed furniture installations are almost all in place the school has been fully wired for electrics and the last of the hard-wiring for network and internet access throughout school is currently being rolled out.

Classrooms and other rooms throughout school are all but ready for their new fixtures and furniture and the outside of the school building  is fully finished complete with our new Shiney Row Primary School sign.

We have every confidence the new school will be totally complete, finished and fitted out with masses of new equipment ready and waiting for our pupils returning in September 2016.
